Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping carrier performance, and destination.
Tracking information will be provided when available. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Return & Refund Policy
All Cortech Supply products are sold as limited monthly drops, and all drop sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cortechsupply.com and we’ll make it right.
Refunds are issued only after a defective, damaged, or incorrect item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Because every item is part of a limited one-time drop, no items are eligible for return or refund outside the defective, damaged, or incorrect-item exception above.
