How information is handled when you visit Cortech or join the email list.

This policy describes how Cortech handles information connected with Cortech Supply and the Cortech email list. Cortech is operated by Luke Corwin. It covers this website and communications with Cortech; other websites have their own policies.

Information you provide

When you subscribe through our Kit landing page, we receive the email address and any other details you choose to submit, along with subscription records. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to send requested emails, manage subscriptions, answer questions, and address reported problems. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Website visits and technical information

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When delivering and securing website requests, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and request times. Cloudflare handles its own service data and retention under its Privacy Policy.

Email delivery and measurement

We use Kit to manage our email list and send emails. Depending on the settings used for a particular email, Kit may measure delivery, opens, or link clicks using tracking images or tracked links. These email settings are managed in Kit and may change over time. Learn more in Kit’s Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails.

Cookies, analytics, and outside resources

The Cortech website code does not currently include analytics or advertising-pixel scripts or intentionally set cookies. Cloudflare may process technical data as described above. Product images loaded from outside servers can send your IP address and browser request information to those image providers. When you follow a retailer or affiliate link, the destination and its affiliate providers may use cookies or other identifiers to attribute purchases under their own policies.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Cloudflare to host the website and Kit to manage and send email. Product images may be served by third-party image hosts, and retailer links take you to those retailers’ websites. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably needed to protect the site, investigate misuse, or respond to a valid legal request. Cortech does not operate on-site behavioral advertising or add advertising pixels to this website. Affiliate links may contain referral identifiers; when you follow them, the destination and its providers handle information under their own policies.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, respond to inquiries, honor email preferences, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Kit may retain subscription or suppression records under its own retention practices. Cloudflare controls retention of its service logs. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on the laws that apply, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Email luke@cortechsupply.com to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and international processing

The email list is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate. Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Review their policies for further information.

We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. The revision date on this page identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
